Personal training
Whether you are starting from scratch or have several years of experience – personal training is the fastest way to achieve your goals.
In all cases, our coaches will create a program that suits your needs, which can be supplemented with exercises that you can even practice during group training sessions. A vital element of personal training is feedback, i.e. tracking your progress, and if necessary, modifying the program.

Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 15:00
Saturday: 12:00 - 20:00
Sunday: 08:00 - 18:00

10.000 - 12.000 ft (2-3 times a week: 8.000 ft)
